Updates on organizational measures and delivery times during the Covid-19 emergency

  • Our delivery times may be delayed compared to standard times to comply with internal safety regulations and given the high traffic of couriers.
  • The availability of the products is currently guaranteed on all the items of greatest need to guarantee a punctual supply and a continuous service. It may happen that some items may be in the supplying phase but will be available again in the shortest possible time, except for operations by the supplier;
  • Offering professional and quality customer support is a priority for us, those of us who have the opportunity are working in smart working directly from home, while those who cannot are changing their work habits. In the warehouse, for example, we have set up two work shifts, in order to reduce the presence of staff at the same time and we adopt all the hygienic and sanitary practices suggested by the safety protocol to counter the spread of Coronavirus.
